After three years working for the Government in building cohesion and tackling radicalisation Charlotte realised a far more grassroots and youth lead approach was required to make a real difference to our society.
Charlotte is driven by a belief that narratives shape perceptions which instruct how we interact with and ultimately build the world around us:
“Therefore I believe that when we bring people together around human rights and shared values we build a narrative of human first which builds cohesion whilst guarding against hate rhetoric. We then perceive and build a world around us that puts protecting equality, human rights, individual liberty and tolerance and respect of one another above all else.”
I hope to put my energy, passion and creativity to use in developing a less hateful, more cohesive society.”
